OUR GROUP CLASSES:
CIRCUIT TRAINING
This is a High Intensity Interval Training class. It involve a series of exercises performed one after the other for 3 minutes with a 1 minute rest in between. Each exercise targets different muscle groups to provide a full-body workout. This type of training helps improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and endurance.
KICKBOXINGFIT
This is a High Intensity workout that combines elements of traditional kickboxing techniques with cardio and strength training exercises. The class typically includes a warm-up, followed by a series of punches, kicks, knees and elbows strikes performed on a heavy bag. This type of class is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility and overall fitness levels.
KICKBOXING-ADVANCE
In this class you can expect detailed instruction on proper form, technique and execution of various punches, kicks and defensive moves. The emphasis is on precision, accuracy and mastering the fundamentals of kickboxing. This class is designed to improve coordination and refine technique.
BOX&BURN
In this class, the emphasis is on cardiovascular endurance, strength training and overall physical conditioning. Participants can expect a high-energy workout that incorporates boxing techniques such as punches, footwork and defensive moves to improve agility, speed and stamina. This class is designed to help individuals burn calories, build muscle and improve their overall fitness levels.
BOX&SKILLS
In this class you will learn the proper boxing form, technique and execution of punches, defensive moves and footwork. The emphasis is on perfecting boxing skills, mastering combinations and improving precision in movements.
